Generally, I think it doesn't sound like a good idea for a fic. At least not for smut. You're doing it the wrong way round. Don't start with the scenario and think if it's cute. If you're going to write smut and want an idea, start with the intended content. What are the fetishes you want/get off to, what exactly/roughly do you want to see or read happening? What kind of characters do you find hottest or think fit the best for it? Then comes how they fit together/who they are to each other. What ramifications and wider context would be the icing on the cake? Does whatever happens have some long-lasting consequences? I like that you went full Roman with it. I think in the original request I asked for fantasy, but a day or two after you agreed to write it I had second thoughts about it since a fantasy story could too easily get bogged down in elfs and ocs and such. I didn't bring it up because I was worried you may have been too far in to change, and then I was gone for a week.
So, excellent choice on that front.

If you're still looking for ways to expand it, I'd suggest expanding on the bit where she gets her orders. Maybe a quick tour of the villa, introduce one or two other slave characters (and/or re-use the one who was sent to purchase her) to get specifics on how to behave (walk like this, don't look people in the eye, show off your tits, etc), and the like.
Having another slave or servant be in charge of keeping her clean in between sex acts could be interesting. You know, someone to offer advice, but not in a friendly or comforting way.

Also, just a minor history nerd thing, but since you did go with a Roman setting, you could have her only be able to understand Egyptian and Greek. At the time, Greek was the lingua franca; if Romans were out of Italy they were almost certainly speaking Greek. It would also make sense for a Ptolemaic Egyptian to be bilingual in that way, even if she doesn't know any Latin.

Not too much in the way of constructive criticism here, mostly just a couple surface remarks: the story is quite functional, though bare-bones at the moment, but that impression is quite difficult to avoid in this kind of scenario, where the main character is flitting from one experience to the next in quick succession. Even so, the story could do with some beefing up, even if only a few extra lines here and there adding some more emotion and sensation to the sexual scenes, or describing the characters a little more thoroughly throughout the story.
Sex feels fairly dispassionate - which it should - but there's simply not enough there to feel interesting for the most part. The brother/sister scene is probably the most engaging so far, but even it feels like it cuts short just as it begins to hit its stride, with only a handful of eroticisms before it roughly shunts into the next encounter.
The quality of writing is quite good though, and there's obviously some thought being put into it. Writing style doesn't feel too dissonant with the time-period, and the characters feel as if they belong - though they're looking a little one-dimensional at the moment. I'll be interested to see where it goes from here, and if you manage to flesh things out without losing the 'passed-around' feel.

I can only speak for myself, but personally I find that very quickly ruins a scene. It either feels cold and analytical or crude and unpleasant. Sometimes that's a useful tool to develop feeling - a nasty, grimy non-con fic can benefit from a few appropriately vicious slurs - but for the most part I find it throws things off.
