In that case, I may suggest you want to go the RPG route, therefore allowing for you to potentially use multiple conjoined twins in a team (unless you go the route of having each character being a head on the body). Plus, while you (?) are deriding the Sai Amp Mitch game, going the platformer route would effectively place you in direct competition for attention, while the RPG route wouldn't.
