You might remember that /d/ Size WDC Interactive? I wrote a few chapters for it some time back. The ones with the cosplayer at a weeaboo convention. You don't have to read, just for context:

Sorry if it's unavailable. And excuse the lame jokes/references; I felt the interactive wasn't internetty enough.

I wanted to continue the story from the option where the cosplayer's friend appears. Originally, I'd thought of having them as a well-meaning klutz trying to secretly save the MC, dressed as a 4chan-made character. Something like /tg/'s Cultist-Chan or Ribbon was what jumped to mind; or /vr/'s Jung Hae-Lin; or maybe one of the board-tans.

But I'm worried. One jokey character could be enough. I tried writing this second one as more cautious and tsundere, just trying to shoo the MC away as quickly as possible, to establish some contrast; but that could be OOC for the character they're cosplaying. Some of them waifus could be too obscure. And some of them may be cancerous, or too old. I'm incredibly bad at reading into that stuff.

Would one 4chan-made-or-adopted waifu work better? Should I do anything particular to make her work? Should I just have them cosplay as a better-established character? (My current backup plan is an IC Tomoko Kuroki cosplayer, since convention antics could be made tons of fun with a sprinkling of social awkwardness - but same question of cancer and old jokes apply.)

Or should I just go in a wholly other direction? I've gotten super-rough notes down for things. with the mother and daughter booth, Nikki in the "main" route, or the video game options.

For this reason, fanfics tend to work better for me, since they use less time establishing character traits. I read tons of stuff, but generally gravitate to shrinking cities, playful or careless attitudes without malice, and feet/vore/boobs/butt interaction in that order.

3) What terms? Is it "pay money for a story someone's already written"? No. Is it "pay money to commission a story"? Possibly. If the cash is going to a good cause, I'd be more likely in both cases. All of this is moot if the author doesn't provide previews, though.

I dunno, Little Snatchers has great gameplay, but the scenes don't really compare to Shrink High or Size Matters since it's lacking any worthwhile character interactions. Shrink High is obvious but at least Size Matters has Megumi and you can even play as her in giant form. It's much easier to get invested in the characters which increases the fap value. The girls in Little Snatchers are usually one offs and that's it, which is disappointing because holy shit Chigusa needs more scenes.
