A frenzy of thoughts stormed through Ashley's brain, wondering why she was the one this strange girl randomly shrunk off the street, wondering why the giant girl wanted to even eat her. Covering her face with her palms, she let out another painful shriek as the immense throat wrapped around her, forcing her down into the tight tunnel below.

Now embedded in a log of chewed food, despair overtakes Ashley as she descends down the red-headed girl's esophagus. The slimy walls slithering along her skin, Ashley's heart sinks and all of her motivation to resist is sapped. Knowing the giant body around her will have its way with her, she allows her body to fall into the sea of vomit below, barely even thrashing as her skin comes in contact with the acidic soup of mucous and digesting food.

Grabbing a hold of one of the fleshy wrinkles in the complete darkness, tears continue to flow from Ashley's burning eyes as the thick slop slaps against her back. Wincing as the chewed globs fall from the sphincter above, her arms begin to burn heavily as the minutes pass. Slipping away into the churning ocean, the soaked Ashley lets go, allowing her body to become part of the digesting mass.

Covered on all sides by burning puke, the tiny woman struggles to remain afloat, each splash upwards exhausts her almost to the breaking point. Now finally leaving the redhead's body, Ashley was caked against the immense asshole as leftover residue. After being wiped away and flushed, no one ever came into contact with her again.

The way I currently have the setting envisioned there would be no tinies actually attending college as students, although some "wild" tinies might live there.

I'd probably write something like this first:
