That's a long of basic skeletal.. the cut out kind. FFT and mesh deformation is what you see in high quality games assets mostly. Doing that full grade is way out of scope here though.

In terms of frames i think most I've done is an 8 frame but it wasn't spanking (just sex). The loop thing in general I've only been toying with for about 4 months.
