This is sort of a vague premise. But, well, lets try to roll with it.

We'll be relatively humane in my prison. The villainesses are decently fed and given limited access to diversions, education and exercise: I don't want them going insane and/or catatonic due to deprivations, after all.

But, life in the LSP would be incredibly sexually charged. The nebulous "sci-fi shit" will be fully at work for this goal.

Prison uniform will be something like a Zero Suit that offers only immodest "coverage" of their bodies. Also, inmates wear an identification collar.

Their brains aren't actually put into these bodies for real, the bodies are controlled by similar virtual brains as their real ones, but these ones have wireless projection systems that can let the prisoners experience the bodies like their own.

There are various types of bodies available, although the warden has authority over which they get access to. All of the bodies are restricted by VI from taking actions likely to lead to harm to the warden, based on simulations, and the warden doesn't enter in their real body, but in similar projected bodies just in case (although the warden remains living in their original body, just wearing a special helmet during these situations).

One of the types of body is a regular young woman. However, in this body, the prisoner is in what is essentially a form of alone time. These bodies have limited indirect control over their feet and toes, allowing them to walk and feel, but not really attempt to use their feet like hands even if they know how to, their feet become somewhat stiff when sitting or raised off the floor or if they are noticed to be trying to manipulate objects or parts of their own bodies. There is a room they can enter where they can see and hear each-other and aren't sitting too far away from each-other where they get fed by robotic arms, and can taste real food from limited healthy selections, and drink real liquids, healthy lists.

The prisoners in this 'armless social zone' may not insult each-other too openly, VIs detecting rude language and certain forms of verbal harassment may shut off their voice access temporarily, but rude gestures they manage to do in some ways with their feet and bodies and faces and such are allowed, unless the warden restricts such, and they can use their real names, although the VIs are programmed to hopefully detect some illicit plotting and stop such, and all the interactions in this area are fully recorded for potential review, on top of being text translated and key-word searchable and such.

Next is a full limbless zone. This is the only realm where prisoners can interact with each-other. The bodies in this zone are disposable. Additionally, randomly chosen prisoners of ones that don't get off on pain are put in a similar sort of set of limbless bodies, these ones also lack heads, and are entirely soft in nature, and lack digistive systems or the relevant holes for such, as well as lack pee holes, and have their waste dealt with and energy needs aided by blood replacement each day with special hookups to their neck, and some extra cusioning organs and a cushioned sensory and control hookup in their abdomen. These bodies litter the warden's bedroom in layers, and are kept clean and maintained and dead/damaged ones replaced each day by robots. The warden puts various prisoners minds in these bodies.

When a prisoner's real body dies, they are put on a list, and the warden usually turns off life support for their brain when this happens, and recycles their body and brain unless there are special reasons to do otherwise. If their brain dies before their real body somehow...

There is the possibility of demotion to prisoner and recruitment to guard. Both involve a great deal of abuse. Demoted guards are raped, degraded and tortured by the entire guard force before being released, to show the guards no longer feel loyal to them. Promoted prisoners must demonstrate creative cruelty to other prisoners. They will be judged on that - if they fail they're released into population.

Over time prisoners and jailers will percolate, eventually a large part of the population will be jailers, a quarter to even half. Over time the prison would grow and mutate - in an SF world I envisage it as a deep underground structure accessible only by teleportation to an access point separated from the TP-jammed prison by tunnel, serviced and modified by builder drones run by AI only accessible by wardens.
Wardens are the third caste - possibly just one warden supported by AI - and are given complete authority over the prisoners. Wardens do not interact with prisoners directly, only via remote controlled bodies. Warden bodies come with fine grained collar control and whatever upgrades are appropriate. They are generally used for the warden's amusement, typically in abusing prisoners sentenced to isolation and similar.

Extremely detailed case-by-case scenarios for apprehension, incarceration and (notionally) rehabilitation for fictional females, mostly in the style of a crossover universe where all of their powers or technology were considered directly applicable.

Videos will be used to "discourage" criminals from committing crimes as they are broadcast as adverts detailing the effectiveness of the therapies within the compound.

Prisoners who are released are usually humiliated wherever they go afterwords, their escapades usually a click away for anyone looking up their names or other personal details.
