summary of story:
Main character is a girl who is far above average--she won the "Miss" contests of her middle and high school every year, and planned to do so this year in college as well, so she could get married to some moron and take his money.

As thanks, red-skinned man gives her time-stopping powers and tells her to "remember to always use contraception." Apparently the red-skinned man isn't a delusion, because everyone can hear him.
She then starts dicking around with her time-stopping powers, noting that there seemed to be no difficulty breathing (theoretically there should be no wind or other atmospheric effects), and things she touches (smartphone etc.) work too. She doesn't get hungry or tired, and exercising doesn't seem to do anything.
I'm not sure if she doesn't age, but she seems to be taking it as if the time-stopped world is more or less independent of the other one.
