DESU, I found that you can go with just a bit of lube if you're experienced, and only penetrate and move side-to-side. Much more lube is needed when fucking (in-and-out motions).

Doing it repeatedly would increase your sensitivity. I started out with no nipple sensitivity and only marginal anal sensitivity. Devious girlfriend trained both in me; she was esp. interested in nipple sensitivity and I prefer it to penis stim now.
