I have one, I didn't share it last time though because I still had some things to work out. I'm still fixing it up but I got the most important things out of the way. I work in a clothing store and the lines we have for women are 141.66% better looking than the crap we have for men (which is also true of all clothing in general).
I figured I'd wear a little make-up to look better, too. The girls I work with are annoyed that I went straight to being good at doing my make-up, rather than going through an ugly phase like they all did.

I live in England, where, in my experience, NHS doctors haven't queried anything about my body without me asking about it first. Luckily I've never had a medical issue that required me to get topless.

I do have an NHS psychotherapist that I've discussed my need for boobs of my own with. He supports the theory that they're a way of independently embodying both sexes, so I can compensate when other boobs aren't around for me. I would really, really recommend anyone get psychotherapy first before trying to take hormones, never mind my good results.
