Actually, all the descriptions are fairly spread out. For instance the hair accessories are in the hair description section, the shoe description in the shoe section, the nearby slave description in the nearby slave section etc. However, it's really easy to find the internal name of an outfit to work off of, ctrl+f it's mentions, and copy it as a template.

I've been slowly working on a (mostly) FMG game where you work dynamically with an experimental girl to increase both your strength and hers, add superpowers, standard power fantasy stuff.

I've had a lot of problems continuing the game (I'm pretty causal about developing it) but I think I'd like to get to adding more events.

The basic core of the game is that - despite being your creation - you both are somehow partners in this endeavor. You can work with or against your partner but they get just as much influence as you do - and they'll use it.

A lot of things are already in place but I still feel like I'm missing a core element before I find a point I can start just making more and more events. I'd like to get the core of the game to the point of "You do action, they do action, let's see what you can do next." There's some events in the game, but I find myself at a loss for new things and losing motivation.

Currently, the intended design is that you get three actions a day. The partner takes a small action after you take one. At the end of a day you get a randomized event based on her stats and state. She can be dominant to submissive and trustful to distrustful.

I'm aware of the speed and balance issues, so no need to tell me about this. I'm more interested in ideas for events and making the core game better using TWINE.

Jack o' nine tails is set in a fantasy setting, has some combat, questing and exploration and main character development, but it also carries a hefty slave trainer alongside it and can be a little slow to start if you're not used to the mechanics

Strive for Power also deals with a high fantasy setting, monster girls, sex for power, exploration and questing, and personal character and harem development. It's currently going through a large rework but the current release isn't bad in itself and certainly quite playable.

I'm glad you enjoy it. I've been thinking of further applying OOP to the game by making each machine a group of widgets and variables.

This creates a stronger foundation to do things to them, but the issue is creating content, not expansive but empty systems. I wonder at what point do I just go back to Java and brave the GUI work myself.

There are plans in the works for the Partner to dominate you if she becomes powerful enough that you lose control of her. There are also several endings, but not all of them are fully implemented.

The question drives me towards establishing a set of endings - meaning there should be some goals for specific transformations between yourself and the partner. Sadly, I'm a bit blocked since it seems like I'm repeating earlier work.

Honestly, it's probably impossible. 3D will always be somewhat uncanny, because humans ARE uncanny, however strange that may sound. You can make the most realistic character, but in the end without 16k textures to fill the brain pass for being
"real" and therefore .err..."canny"? you wont get anywhere. Pictures for references, both 3d models, so i hope no rule breaking.

You best bet is to buy some stylized model from cgtrader or something and play with zbrush/MD/etc. Trust me - it's much more fun that way.

I never bitch about games on tfgamessite since I don't care about mtf/ftm fetishism, it really is quite bare. There are ways you could expand it more, such as RGB serums not affecting a single stat, but several things at once that require other devices to study and isolate the effects of, but that and the ever unknown 'wave' device that I'm not sure if it was even supposed to work just makes it all so annoying to do anything but watch marginal guaranteed successes to the characters.

Maybe I'm just wishing there was more junk like Potion Lab, everything was just recipes but blindly trying to stumble into the 'antidote' can cause a fuckton of problems along the way. A shame that game never went past it's vanilla state of endings, a single good corruption ending and the rest is just 'You are girl now'.

Haven't followed on free cities for a while, decided to get it again and there's a lot of new stuff.

It's also the counterpart to religionism. Not mechanically, but thematically, as religionism stands for dogmatic teachings and multiculturalism preaches freedom.

Multiculturalism was added to satisfy special snowflakes that didn't want Future Societies, and were upset that choosing them was objectively better than ignoring them.

Anyway, how does this look for a HUD? I moved the minimap to the top right and made a stamina (for sprinting) and hp bar (might make it only show when you're low on hp or have recently taken damage from something, and otherwise fade to transparent).

I was thinking of also having in the bottom left or right something showing which item you currently have equipped, which could be like a can for throwing, chloroform, rope, etc.

You could use renpy, I think its targeted towards visual novel like games.

Yeah, there's a few odd pieces I'm missing out on too. Most of them are fine, but the ones which are hard to get, are really hard to get.

For example, there's pic related, where I've circled every room around it looking for breakable walls, and I haven't found a path in.
And I'm pretty sure there's a "locked until you defeat all enemies" door in the same room as a bunch of those plants which only take 1 damage per melee hit. I don't know if there's a trick to that yet.

I don't mean to be faggot here but I need some help.
I downloaded the game Onna Senshi Aomi and have been trying to get it to work, but everytime I try to select an option on the main menu it gives me an error and crashes. as far as I can tell using google translate the error says I'm missing a sound file named 決定. The problem is that files exists right where the error say it's missing from. I've tried everything I can think of and am wondering if anyone here knows how to fix this issue.

Yeah, I just figured out how to get to it now.
Once you have the Push powerup, you can move the heavy crate on the northwest area of that little section to open a path to fall down. Then there's some rooms with purple slimes in them, and one of them takes you to a secret in the room immediately to the right of the chest. You can break the top half of the left wall in the secret area, jump on it, and jump right so you're offscreen, ontop of the right wall and able to drop down onto the chest from the left.

I think it's a little bullshit, that one, and there's one annoying secret behind a platforming bit that requires pixel perfection, but I managed to get that too. On route to 100% now.

Some "game engines" don't support location based programming. It also depends upon how you are using your locations.

One way is to track a location "identifier" to workout where you are in a map. The map can be made up of a location identifier that has links to its adjacent location identifiers (creating a N, E, S, W association). For that chest, you need the [P] boost so you can open the path from above (need to move a big box onto two switches). Then when you drop down, you destroy the wall on the LEFT.

If you just want to make an RPG like game that happens to include permdeath, RPG maker is pretty simple on the coding end and there are a lot of premade scripts you can just copypaste in for desired effects.

You can also try the WolfRPG engine, it's pretty similar. For reference, One Way Heroics is a permadeath roguelike made on the WolfRPG engine.

Another option: Your game sounds pretty similar in concept to Defiler Wings, a Russian game made in Ren'Py. In that game you play as a lineage of Dragons in not-Tolkien world serving female not-Sauron and trying to corrupt and conquer the realm of men. It's open source so if you want to study/steal from that you probably could. I wouldn't really recommend Ren'Py for a serious game, though.
