Are you sure about that? I know there are two main possible complications, either rupture or torsion. Rupture requires a lot of force, you really aren't going to see that with a regular kick unless they're using steel toed boots or something. Torsion as far as I know CAN be caused by blunt trauma though I don't think it's very common, and it's generally correctable unless you leave it untreated. All my research has shown me that the damage is almost always completely trivial except in extreme cases. A well placed kick may hurt but you're probably just going to get up in a few minutes without any issues even if it's hard kick. Look up world record hardest kick to the groin.
