I usually try and get scenes more or less that are specific to my PC's qualities, or sift through some to see if it matches up. Plus the Selection descriptions (if it has it) are pretty clear, but yeah most characters don't have much in the way of scene variation unless they're an author favorite.

Nimin has a pretty good one with the loli cat-girl. Her scenes change up a good bit and her mom has different comments for each step of the way.

You can kind of do it indirectly with God's Labyrinth and the combination of transformations effects the big sex scene at the end.

That probably won't help. From looking at the code, it looks like once you're on the shit list, you're stuck there. The rep malus starts at an abuse counter of 6, and the inspectors only show up if you have 5 or less. The only way to lower it again is to have inspectors inspect happy slaves, and thus they won't show up once you start taking rep hits.

I had less time for the game than usual this week, and what I had was occupied by fixing bugs, pursuing ongoing code consolidation projects, and integrating contributors' work. FC is never going to be truly at home in Twine, but we now have several active contributors willing and able to tear apart and recode my work to make it function as best it can, the madmen.

You shouldn't be seeing much slowdown from number of turns; it's having a ton of slaves. A workaround is to limit yourself to ~20 slaves if you're planning a very long playthrough, which is a good challenge mode anyway. I've tried a couple of ideas for how to incorporate a hard cap on slave numbers as a lore-compliant difficulty setting, but it's hard to incorporate into the fluff. Suggestions welcome.

Use the sexual subservience assignment, and target the other slave. This can be done both ways, making them each others' bitches. This is also an effective way to get them into a relationship with each other, which will naturally progress to include lots of sex.

Can't speak for other devs, but libido management is pretty critical for me. My advice is that you need enough that coding a /d/ game is an erotic experience, but not so much that you get distracted. I would just make it so having over the threshold number of slaves makes other high-status folk jealous/see you as decadent, costing you reputation. It would make a good counterpoint to the existing difficulty setting that only affects cash flow.

Personally, I find that coding stuff isn't that arousing. MY trouble is maintaining focus when writing scenes. I find it's easier to build a framework of the game with placeholder text instead of smut. That way, when it's time to be lewd, I can focus solely on the smut.

The facilities all have an associated assignment and leadership position, so if you're wanting a new assignment + facility + leader set, that'll be more work (though no real added complexity).

The problem is that that would contradict all existing lore. "Decadent" pretty much sums up a lot of what makes your rep go up, not down. The idea I'm playing with now is to give the penthouse a pop cap like the facilities have, with each additional set of spaces costing more to build out.

Generally speaking the facility I was planning was a dedicated "Visiting hall" for business clients and whatnot of the PC, where slave staff would chat with visitors while they waited and waited on them while business was conducted. This would provide a small rep boost but its main function would be to increase the amount of money made through weekly business endeavors (this is my main concern for code complexity- I haven't found an easy variable change or function call in FC for modifying this).

Slave successfulness would depend on loyalty, attractiveness, intelligence, and entertainment skill. The basic appearance would be something between a board room and a strip club; societal redecorations would be shit like a throne room for Egyptian Revivalist, a clean and comfortable restaurant for Paternalist, etc.

Extremely difficult to say. Neither Mega nor Dropbox offer download stats, and of the three places I post download links, only Blogspot offers any kind of analytics: reddit and TFGames do not. Completely normal. I think there are three general groups of FC players. First we have the people who just play for whatever content they're after and are done before the endgame. I just stumbled upon this game yesterday on (15 minus 7) Chan, and I can't believe I've never seen it before.

It's called eraTohoK, it's all text based with links. Translation is in progress but it's playable now.

The main gameplay is basically a map where you hire troops and send them out to conquer other cities, which generate money to hire more troops. You can defeat and capture enemy officers, and then you can sexually break them and turn them into your own officers or make them into prostitutes. You also have to seduce and fuck your own starting officers to keep them obedient. You can also date other nation leaders and do diplomacy and shit, you can explore for random events, etc. it would take forever to list out all the features but those are the main ones you spend most time on..

Screenshot is the sex system. It's incredibly detailed and complicated. It supports multiple people doing all kinds of combinations of things to each other once. If the sex system alone was a game I'd still waste hours playing it.

The only major ones are the ones in the three rooms dedicated to each one of the girls.
If you miss one row completely, go to the relevant place and keep searching (don't forget to switch outfits if you can't find anything!), if you miss one part of a row, just equip the relevant outfit (stage 1, 2, 3 or 4) and revisit whatever started the scene.

Your rival arcology owner (You should know that guy by now) now has a slave that had some relation to you in your past. What kind of, exactly depends on your career prior to owning an arcology. Your enemy will engage in psychological warfare and do things to your (lets refer to her as) waifu that go against your personal choice of Future Society models. Additionally, the slave is generated using data the game remembers from how you designed your first custom starting slave. Also keep in mind that if you did not add any custom slave at the start of the game, the game won't generate a waifu, and the enemy will not enslave her. After you beat the rival, you can get her (in addition to your rival) for 60k credits.

Starting slaves used to be insanely RNG. You could end up with one shit slave or several god tier slaves. FCDev has balanced it since then, so the quality of your beginning ressources depends on the quality of slaves you brought with you from your past life. imo it's not worth reloading the page over and over again.

To understand the answer to this, you need to understand the Obedience/Trust system of the game. Your slave can be varying degrees of obedient or disobedient. Going Very Hateful<Hateful<Resistant<Ambivalent<(Turning Point)Accepting<Devoted<Worshipful.
Additionally the game keeps track of a slaves trust in you. It goes like: Extremely terrified<Terrified<Frightened<Fearful<(Turning Point)<Careful<Trusting<Very trusting.
A slave's mind can be any combination from one of these two conditions. A worshipful and very trusting slave would be your perfect pet dog. She would do anything for you and loves her owner. Understand that a high trust only becomes a good thing when its paired with high devotion. If a girl is very hateful and very trusting it means that she is a spoiled brat and won't listen to anything you say because she believes you won't punish her for it.
Removing restrictions and granting permissions usually makes a slaves trust in you go up, since you are treating her nicely. Restricting her will make her more fearful since you're setting limits for her like giving her only a bedroll to sleep on. In all honesty, FC is a sandbox. Do whatever you want. I usually keep a spoiled little brat by my side that I treat like a princess.
But the rule of thumb is to be cruel to a slave that is ambivalent or lower and nice to a slave that is accepting or higher.

I think it's at the start. I started a brief cheat game a little while ago to test out the arcology business with 9 arcologies and by week 20 or so, while almost every other arcology was following one or more of my FS choices, X-3 stuck out like a sore thumb, picking almost the exact opposite of every one of my choices. I haven't tried influencing or sabotaging them, though.

Honestly, I'm not too chuffed about that. I kinda preferred when the rival was just some hapless arcology owner who was in over their heads and trying to save their own skin.
