I really like the idea behind stuff like this - my only gripe is that a lot of Japanese artists (which I'm assuming this is) are kind of fucked up by their own women who have very particular body types when they're overweight. If it was me drawing this, the tits would be much more pronounced, as would the thighs, hips, and ass. Maybe I'd slim down the face a bit, I'm really particular about how I want faces on fat chicks. There is no way to get rid of stretch marks outside of maybe plastic surgery, which will likely look worse than the stretch marks in a decade without maintenance.
Stretch marks are the result of torn collagen, which, contrary to what beauty product marketing will tell you, cannot be repaired.
Real talk though, don't worry about it senpai, nobody is going to mind your stretch marks as much as you do, and some people, myself included, think they're cute.

It should be done soonish, but I have a bunch of stories I'm writing all at once I do them as I get inspired to. Right now I'm working on a really slobby revenge stuffing and weight gain story as well that's about eleven pages long so far.
