Well here's what I know about all 3. (I happen to be in all of them.)
The one I just linked to here is mainly focused on MMD, and getting people started on MMD. (Lots of autism to filter through but it's fun to join if you want to learn.)

There's /size/, which is the "general" that basically splits everything up into channels.
Giantess, Giants, Futa, /aco/, MMD, and a spot for artists to post their newest works/WIPs if they want to.

There's also a third one that basically is the same as /size/, but its channels are different and is also supposed to be "on top of a giantess" who is the owner. She split the channels onto different parts of her body.
