A woman needs to gain weight during her pregnancy. Depending on the amount of children she's gestating, the weight should be more. Now obviously nine children is totally out of the question for real women but for twins, a woman should gain about 35-50 lbs. I just extrapolated that out to 9, which is around 170 lbs. It's pretty common for elves to be mentioned as having an extremely long gestation time. I think the (3rd party, admittedly) book of erotic fantasy back in 3rd edition DnD listed their gestation time as three years. Warhammer/40k elves/eldar are also supposed to have several years long gesttaion period.
While probably not quite "hyper", I'd imagine they could end up looking pretty huge towards the end of it, especially if they're pregnant with twins or something. Of course it would depends on how their pregnancy progresses; I've generally assumed it'd go at a similar rate as a human one at first, but takes longer to give the baby more time to develop (human babies are essentially born prematurely because their heads would otherwise get too big to fit out through the birth canal, which is why it takes such a long time for human babies to be able to even crawl while a lot of animals can walk within hours of birth, but maybe elves don't have that problem).

My biggest gripe with Patreon is that it's a freaking *terrible* as a gallery. If you're saving all the art someone produces as they post it it works out pretty well, but I subbed to Z Demian for the first time a couple of weeks ago and have been wading through months and months of old post looking for pics relevant to my interests, without thumbnails for the most part. And he at least uses some tags. I follow other artists who are way worse in this regard. I don't think there's even a search interface for a patreon's posts...

I like getting exclusive images from patreon. but there are two types of creators I don't particularly like. ones who just use it for donations and I don't get anything special out if it. and ones who uses huge paywalls to access content for example. you get 2 images a month for $5. and you don't actually start accessing good content till your paying $20+ balloondolls does that.
