Not hentai related but I'm watching Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V right now and I'm kind of amazed by their use of mind control.
Yu-Gi-Oh always had mind control in some form, but Arc-V is having a run with it only rivaled by the first season

An evil doctor put mind controlling parasites in the brains of 4 plot-important girls (one of them being the main female character) and is using them to fight their loved ones. And it just keeps going, this has been the status quo for 10 episodes by now, though only half of it was focused on this subplot (as there are other things going on in parallel).
Usually in YGO and most anime character stay mind controlled for no longer than 2 or 3 episodes (and in most cases, it lasts just one), and defeating them breaks the spell, but so far even when the main characters win they couldn't undo the brainwashing.

Also the way the doctor acts towards them can be very easily taken the wrong way, as if an old mad scientist controlling four teenage girls wasn't a suggestive scenario in and on itself already. Most recent episode even had him stroking the main girl's face to provoke the protagonist. In an anime for children that airs on Sunday afternoons
