Hey drawfriend from the previous thread, I've been working on the comic thing, was wondering if I could discuss some stuff!

Con season is over for me so I am totally freed up to work on this, I'm doodling some quick layouts and drafting scripts, but I am uncertain about how to best progress.

Sorry for taking so long, I've been trying to compile what I've got into a plan for the whole thing and it has been a little overwhelming. I'll post everything I've got when I wake up. I haven't scripted a comic before so it has been a bit of an odd experience, working out how much you can do with each frame and such.

Well Understanding Comics by Scott McCloud has been sort of a bible to me for ages, but I think I’m getting to grips with the idea that you need to plan your panels at the same time as writing the script – at least that’s the case for me, a lot of the comic writers I’ve studied like Alan Moore and Frank Miller just seem to do everything through text.

The rest of this post is just kind of scatterbrained ideas. More incoming.

I don't know exactly how many pages you're okay with drawing so I'm trying to get into the action fairly quickly, but of course we will need a few pages of exposition just to build up to it. The pacing might be a little odd.

I don’t know how well I can express this but I was thinking about how other fetishes sort of connect with this one. Like, I was considering including some bondage when the main character is originally supposed to be shaved (I have a few ideas regarding this), and maybe giving the school a lewd uniform along the lines of this:

The school’s ideology basically amounts to baring all and feeling shame, as well as the erasure of students’ individuality so that they learn humility (kind of like a partial return to being naked in the Garden of Eden?), and I felt that these ideas complimented the bald side of this nicely. I would obviously make the whole headshave/bald stuff take precedence over everything else (as evidenced by the ridiculous list in my next post) but I feel like I need to sort of fill it out somehow, have a bit more going on as it were.

Some people like women wearing clothes made of tentacles, others like to see them grow dicks. As for headshaving/bald women, there are a whole bunch of reasons that aren’t necessarily true for everyone. It is based around transformation and altering people's identity, like long hair takes AGES to grow and is a large part of people's self image. The prospect of being able to completely change that in an instant fascinates me. I feel that there is an aspect of humiliation but I think there are people who visit these threads who don’t think that way, who only really enjoy it when the women get off on being shaved. Really it depends on the woman and how they react, and that’s part of the fun. I think it also partly comes from a sensual kind of appeal, Hair is nice but of course it takes a lot of management - knots, getting it caught, making sure it doesn't get greasy, relying on it to feel "pretty" - and being bald, well, it feels sleek and smooth. I guess in that sense it's like asking whether you prefer women with pubic hair or whether they shave down there, but the scalp is also very sensitive and well, sensitive body parts can be erotic, like nibbling people's ears and such. The one other thing I would say aesthetically that ties into what I said about needing hair to look pretty, is that with a bald woman it shows off the beauty of their face because it is sort of a minimalistic look, there's nothing to distract you in a sense (when you're not fawning over their smoothness, I guess). I don't know if that really helps, but that's just me emptying my brain.

Seriously though, suspend all disbelief when you visit this board. No matter what you might expect, people can get off to absolutely anything.

I have a lot of ideas relating to how to play around with this fetish but I don't know how much I can do right away. I guess we will have to see how we do and maybe if it goes well include them in a second one? Just to list off a couple of ideas I thought about (excuse me if this is cringy as hell, the opposite of sexy, or obnoxiously overambitious)

Maria is a shy girl from a strict Christian family. In her childhood she used to spend her days playing with her friend, Joseph, but when one day he confesses that he has feelings for her, their parents find out. Joseph is sent away to military school, and Maria finds herself exiled to Saint Cecilia’s School for Girls, a strict Catholic institution run by nuns. When she is embarrassed or scared she hides her eyes behind her bangs, which leaves her utterly defenceless after she’s been shaved. She likes literature and theatre, but doesn’t think much of herself as a performer and tries to avoid reading out loud, but if coaxed into doing so she gets very worked up and into it. Her timid nature combined with being the new girl make her an obvious target for picking on, but she is protected by being in Stella’s charge. To an extent she is frustrated by Stella being so happy to have her when she has had to suffer, but she appreciates her company and gets very flustered being lavished with attention. She’s a bit of an airhead, so she needs a lot of care.

Stella is an energetic, cheerful girl who makes the best of every situation. Where other students wallow in self-pity and shame, she takes pride in grooming; shaving and shining her head every morning as well as using makeup and decorating her uniform. Her consistent bending of school rules often lands her in trouble with the teachers, but her quick wit and charming attitude often get her out of serious punishments. She was sent to St. Celicia’s because of her appreciation of stargazing and an interest in astrology and fortune telling. Not squeamish in the slightest. She misses the freedom to have hair and a choice in clothes, but she’ll be damned if she can’t look good regardless. Since she’s such a troublemaker, she never expected to be given a petit soeur to look after, but she relishes the opportunity to have a partner in crime.

Okay, I have a plot flow in progress here, it is kind of written in a flow of consciousness so it probably reads like nonsense, but I thought it would be worth posting just so you can sort of get a feel for where I'm going. None of this is really set in stone and all dialogue is just to give an impression of what is said, not neccessarily how it is said.

>Maria sits in the headmistress’ office with her parents, being lectured about what the school is all about and how life there is going to be severe. That this isn't about being punished, but helping her before she resorts to sin.
>Parents leave, Maria is stranded with the scary headmistress nun, who tells her that she will be paired up with another student (decided by the second year girls) who will serve as a guide and mentor for the duration of her education
>Switching perspective, we see a flick of a razor tinged with foam, held by a slender, feminine hand. There is a banging at the door, demanding that the occupant wake up and get outside. The hand pours out a long trickle of hair oil from a bottle into her hand. Then we have a full room shot showing the entire bedroom, with Stella leaning over in front of a sink wearing a very short silk nightie, head still out of shot (I know we have to do this quickly, but I feel like teasing would get the readers worked up a bit). The voice from outside the door shouts that she needs to get up because she’s getting a petit soeur, at which Stella stands up straight, still covering her head with a towel. Looking over at the door she expresses her surprise.
>The voice outside the door tells her that the newbie is in the courtyard having a guided tour right now. Stella fumbles around under her bed for an old fashioned Polaroid camera and runs to the window. Lining up the shot, she grins nervously. “…she’s cute!”

Stella explains that she is to be the new girl’s grande soeur, so she should be the one to shave her. The nun is incredulous, says she thinks that if that’s a joke, it isn’t very funny. Stella insists.

Thanks, I appreciate it. I didn't describe her hair or other things because this started out as a basic outline and I went overboard. I was erring between just saying what will be on the page and going into detail on character interaction. Oops! On the subject of hair - character designs are something that will have to be discussed and are far from finalized. Hell, even names aren't necessarily set in stone (although I think Stella has a nice ring to it)

I will keep your suggestions in mind - I imagine I will probably express some of the sensations through thought bubbles and the like. As for your bully gang idea, I kinda dig it. I have been thinking about various side characters who deal with their predicament in different ways. If it happens I may tread light though because I would like this to be somewhat comfy if possible. It's kinda tricky to strike a balance between the forced and happy aspects.

I think that's about it for what we can do in one chapter. I think I might well be pushing it so there will have to be some adjustments.

I posted that mostly to run things past Malicious and to solidify the story I've got in my head into something I find easier to work with, but I hope it's been somewhat enjoyable.

Next though comes the scripting and page layouts, and I have started to draft some of them up. I haven't got very far, but here's my progress so far:

All I'd say is remember that whilst it is like a school uniform, it should probably have nun-style elements to it.

For years when I wanted fap material I would just head over to /d/, danbooru or more recently, pixiv to find some hot pictures. It's only really in the last few years that I got into reading doujins and that's when it really clicked: context and emotional relevance really do make the whole experience better. It makes you personally invested in the sex, to put it crudely. What really made me want to write a lewd comic was Nana to Kaoru, a romantic comedy manga (probably well known around here) about two teenagers using all sorts of BDSM play to blow off steam. Even though I was always into that stuff, it taught me a lot about aspects of it I never really got, or didn't get turned on by and I discovered a whole load of new kinks. It really felt like an elevation of the concept and I have come to think that even if a concept is kind of base and superficial, you can fill it up and give it meaning if you care about it enough.

I originally planned it to be a latex/BDSM themed yuri school story, but that sort of thing is probably really contrived by now. I came to the conclusion that if I were to do it, it should be bald/headshave themed version because it would probably be far more original and on top of that, there just isn't enough porn of it. Aficionados of unsupported fetishes seem like starving wolves; they jump on any art they can find that fits their needs because there isn't really another option. Although this turns me on, the prospect of making people happy by providing them with more content makes me feel more motivated!

(...but if the guy from last thread's archive and the shanachan thread who was asking for pics of bald women with no teeth is here, that's probably not gonna happen unless I have a damn good reason to include a character with cleidocranial dysplasia, Sorry mang.)

To add to your explanation (from a more general perspective), in some cultures (including asian ones) shaving was used as a way to humble and/or punish someone.

While it isn't in place anymore, it makes sense that the idea of getting completely rid of someone's elaborately cared for long hair would be a shock for them after all the time they invested in it.

In fact, anime still uses the trope of having a girl character cut their hair as a way to symbolize maturity and/or having a major character shift towards being more serious and less lighthearted. Sometimes also having classmates cut the hair of a girl as a form of bullying.
A lot of anime fans have grown to loathe it and it is questionable how much this is done in reality in Japan but going full bald is just an extreme version of this.

I absolutely love long beautiful hair and I really like complete, smooth shiny baldness too, but I don't really like short hair like pixie cuts at all, which would make growing it out again a long period of suffering for me. It sort of makes sense for me to give up, but I might consider asking her if she'd be willing to go bald long term and wear a wig in public or whenever she wants to have hair. Thinking about it, almost every fetish on /d/ revolves around the experience of the sex itself. For example, having more gentitals or different genitals, wearing something that will make the sex feel different, being molested by tentacles - the common thread is that when it comes to doing the deed, the sex itself will feel different. Even in the case of amputee stuff where the act of removing limbs won't change the feeling of vaginal penetration, the amputee's lack of mobility will have an impact on the sensation. When you shave a girl's head, it will have no effect on the feeling of her vagina tightening around your dick when push comes to shove (heh). Now, you could say that shaving a girl's head shifts the power dynamics and alters her self-perception, but because it isn't something as obvious (or to sound like a pretentious fuck, mainstream) as say gagging them or spanking them or making them behave like a pet, people aren't going to see that and it makes the act of shaving and sexual desire completely separate to them in a way they just can't put together.
