As far as the poll goes, only options 1 and 3 are correct. A futa needs to have pussy and cock to be defined as a futa. The balls, I feel, is more of a cosmetic choice whether they're outside or inside, because if a futa can ejaculate semen, then by default it has testicles, even if they're not in plain sight. Anatomically (and fantasy) speaking a futa has to *always* have all three elements to be futa. And you can't have a dick without balls AND be able to ejaculate semen at the same time.
