It's obviously full of spoilers, so be careful if you don't want to ruin the surprise. They made some good progress, but it's spread out over different routes. The Mina route has been finished, at least.

There should definitely be an executable to start the game right there in the folder called "StudentTransfer-1.4-all". The thumbnail looks like this. If it's not there then maybe the download was aborted prematurely, the full zip file should be ~400 MB.
