It looks like that animation could really use some more overlapping action (there is some, but not much, so the dangling girl seems much too "stiff" overall). And while the timing seems fine (some stuff seems a little too quick, like the girl being moved over the mouth, but that's just to my eyes), a lot of the actions feel much too linear ... some motions might work better if they were slowed slightly, with more deliberate easing in and out.

But overall, it looks good! A few more passes to smooth out some of the keyframes to address the above comments wouldn't go amiss in my eyes though.

I'm not sure why this isn't already somewhat standard in most 3D animation packages.

Ragdoll physics attached to a character's armature is already standard in pretty much all video game engines. In principle (though I'm sure it's non-trivial in practice), you'd just need to have a toggle where you swap the armature from an "animated/keyframe" mode into a "ragdoll" mode and let the physics engine take over, with self-collisions from the mesh dictating limits. And you could expand functionality from there (allow the simplification of the collision mesh to decrease calculation time at the expense of accuracy, apply limits to bone angles so the ragdoll doesn't spaz out too much, allow pinning for various bones in "ragdoll" mode so you could have another animated character holding the tiny ragdoll by the arm while the rest is free to dangle, allow some bones to be animated while others are ragdoll, etc).

I'm sure it would be non-trivial to program, but it would be a fantastic feature to have, even outside of fetish work. I've seen some tutorials of how to fake it in some software (looks like a pain in the butt to set up), but they're a far cry from the real thing. For something so common in video game engines, you'd think most 3D animation packages would feature it as well.

My shitty laptop has the same problem, but my real computer works just fine. Probably has to do with how the game renders the image as it's resizing it, using too much resources.
