For those few that don't know about it yet: search for "Cyber F" for a good start. Sadly there's not a lot of quality material besides that.

By the way OP, if you meant the guy that had created an entire fictional universe, scenario down to shocking levels of detail, along with hand drawings of "utility" robots... yes. Yes, I do remember that thread. I really wish it had more pictures as opposed to just discussion.

yeah, I was just checking out that thread in the archives yesterday.

I love the technical work, but I guess if I were honest some of the upper layer parts probably shouldn't be made of steel unless you prefer the feel of a smooth metal gentle sloped surface instead of squishy fleshy bits.

While I'm not a complete fan of brainwashing, I've always liked the idea where the person keeps their personality, but it's now more appropriate for the form they're in. Like, they retain their memories and identity, but because they're wired differently they gain new quirks and traits more fitting to their form. Does that make sense to anyone?
