"Giantess" is just a catch all term, I'm not sure anyone typically uses "giantess" as a specific height class.

"Mega" is typically of comparable size through to a few times larger than city buildings. Able to cause them a lot of damage, and probably even tear them down, but I wouldn't argue they could "crush a large building". A house, maybe. The transition between "mega" and "giga" is always a bit loose though; I tend to think of it mostly as the boundary when crushing city buildings/skyscrapers becomes trivial ... which is by itself fairly vague.

I've never really seen "terra" used much. For the most part, people tend to just use "giga" for that sort of size as well, up until she starts approaching planet size. It's a better term than things like "cosmic", or whatever the fuck I see thrown around.
