Shit damn friend, I've got recommendations for days. We're the masters of cute when it comes to diapers. Let's get a list going:

Bambino is one of the big-name ABDL brands. Their 'Bellissimo' diaper is considered the best they've got. Super thick and cute to boot. The 'Teddy' diaper is quite solid too, just a little less absorbent (when I say this, I'm talking the difference between 4 wetting instead of 5. These diapers are all fantastic.) Abena makes diapers in different thicknesses, depending on your need. The M4 (Medium, there are also 'S' and 'L' sizes) is the top-end, but the M3 is still quite strong in its own right. These might also be helpful for your specific problem, since they have a wetness indicator. It also has a design on the front, but it's not what I'd call cute exactly, just moderately fashionable. I think that there is a far stronger argument that ABDL is correlated with a dysfunctional childhood. Perhaps not generally but I think that it applies to the point where it can become a red flag. If one says that they are ABDL, it wouldn't be wrong to suspect a wonky past. That is my opinion of it anyway.

There are certainly a number of ABDLs that are fairly "normal" with fair to good childhoods. You would be surprised to learn just how normal many of us can be. We just have this unusual interest and we are very uch aware of how it's perceived.

I used to have bad binge-purge cycles until I accepted myself and started indulging in moderation. This fetish is a fetish so no one really has to know. I do understand the strong desire to confide with a trusted friend, partner, or family member. The need is strong for whatever reason. Perhaps it is for validation or because we see this fetish as something more than a fetish so we feel like it is an important part of ourselves that we feel this need to share. Far more so than one that may be into swinging or BDSM.

Personally, I wouldn't get into a relationship with someone if they were incapable of accepting or even enjoying the fetish. I realize that compromises are important in a relationship but this isn't a fair compromise for me. But then again, everyone see's it differently. I just couldn't imagine always hiding this part of me from my other half. It seems that this constant repression would get to me. I would never truly feel comfortable in the relationship and never truly sexually and emotionally satisfied.

With that said, one can gauze just how accepting one can be. There are certain ones that are very gentle and non-judgemental. Some simply aren't phased in the least. There are all types out there and while they may not find pleasure in it, they may indulge for your sake.
