Deviantart may not be the best, but they do have more than just Excilion in terms of amputee artists. Here's a few:

Suffice to say, there's a ton of stuff on deviantart if you are looking for things other than Japanese art. My favorites is full of artwork from the aforementioned artists if anyone wants a starting point for searching.

Decreasing, I'd say... step by step, piece by piece.
