There's this big tit elf game that was made in RPGMaker and there's a translated version available.

The gameplay is kinda lame and all but the graphics are high quality (check image) and is filled with /d/ content. BE, tentacle rape and girl turning into a futa. You can find some extra fetishes according to the endings you get. I believe there are 3. But again, game play and complexity are pretty low level. I'm talking about a roughly 30 min play to finish everything.

Another interesting one with only vore content is Viocide. It's a platform-shooter and can be quite frustrating at times. The vore flicks are all made in 3d and aren't that high quality so this one I recommend more because of the gameplay instead of the /d/ content. And I don't think there's an English version available, but it shouldn't be that hard to finish without knowing moonrunes. I was able to.

Its a part of the final boss. Its got a ton of very different and very rapey things that can quickly endgame you. You get to it by opening the door on the final level.

Final level seems like just a waste but you need to have the bar in the bottom corner charged and beat all 4 creature traps to gain access.

I actually really enjoyed Black Bunny when it came to the story, it wasn't great, but it was enjoyable. Shia was also cute as all fuck, so that was a huge bonus.

Gameplay was also kind of fun until the point where you essentially became an over-leveled god even if you didn't grind at all. All I did was max out sword stuff and heals and the game became a joke outside of things that could one-shot my squishier demons because I never bothered getting barriers.
