Yeap. Took me a month and a half of 5 day-2 rest (60-75 min each training session). now it's not that fast, but i am ready to invest years and decades to do this. gaining girth would be nice later on.
If you are doing it for a long time and with good rests and proper care, i assume that body adapts and produces enough blood and tissue cells to maintain everything in working order. The body is highly adaptable. And if your regeneration is good - you can make your exercises more intense, because your body will restore the micro-damage to tissues and supply with required resources. Right?

well. there are at least 3 very big and long-running forums with people with actual gains. And i myself don't care about science recognitions just because it works for me. But at the same time if science recognizes this that will mean pharma and plastic (phaloplasty) surgeons are scammers. right? I mean i'm here just to update the pic folder, but still.
Not necessarily. People who exercise can lose weight, but pharma can sell weight loss pills and plastic surgeons can just vacuum it away. If you get results consistently, you're not scamming

And mind the fact, that i've only seen once. If you training make your erection better - that means you are going somewhere. If is becomes smaller and harder, though you are training really hard - that means you are over training and you need to take a break till it becomes good again (2-4 days normally). That means tissues were damaged and they need time to recover. that's why it's a common advice to take breaks at least a day between training.
Be careful. An inch or so is fine. However due to the fact that the penis is of similar muscle tissue to your heart rather than your hamstrings the length isn't going to stay long. Its like doing a lot of cardio to get your heart big. Doesn't work. Just makes it a stronger muscle
Some guys will inflate their sack with saline solution. Over a few days the saline gets adsorbed into the body but I think if you loosely tie off your package the water will have only one place to go and will migrate into your penis making it huge. I think that's how it works, don't' quote me plz. Also it only lasts a few days.
Word of advice OP, you can make gains with Jelqing, but due to the specialized nature of erectile tissue, the healed micro-tears are a lot less elastic, which can lead to floppy dick down the line.

They start with the neck rings when they're young though don't they? About puberty age so they stretch already growing tissue which would be different if an adult tried it I would think but I'm not in medicine/physiology.
Not OP but I've looked up jelqing before and can't tell what to believe. Some posts on reddit said you can break your dick if you fuck it up and that it doesn't work and others say the gains are real but temporary. Others that they're permanent. If I had to live with my dick at current size for the rest of my life it's fine but body modification of a sexual type gets me hard as fuck. I don't think you understand what jelqing does to your penis, you probably should try looking it up so that you can easier understand why you shouldn't do it.
Because I already know you aren't going to do that: The penis is a spongy muscle but the damage you do to it is irreversible. If you stop jelqing, it will go back to its normal size, but any tearing will not heal because it can't. If you keep doing it over a long period of time even if you're "real real super extra careful I promise!!" you're gonna burst one of your blood vessels, you fucking idiot. It's not something you can prevent.
Furthermore, jelqing does not magically extend the length of your dick and even the tiniest most insignificant amount of common sense would discourage you from doing it but welp here we are. Your argument about the penis being equal to other muscles you can train is a fallacy because muscles are connected to tendons, supported by bones and joints, and so on. The penis is not. Other muscles can heal BECAUSE they are supported by those things which pick up the slack while the muscle itself rebuilds and becomes stronger. "Tearing your muscles = they come back stronger" is /fit/-tier nonsense because a) that's not what actually happens and b) if you actually physically tore a muscle you'd never be able to use it again without surgery.
The reason people say that is because it's a simplification of what really happens: Pulling on your muscles stretches and enlarges the cells and the friction in co-operation with that pulling motion caused by the rest of the parts involved is what makes the muscles more resistant to damage. Like I have already said, though, the penis doesn't HAVE any of those other parts to support it, it's on its own. And like I also said, it's spongy, but because it only supports itself, damage done to it can't be reversed.
Therefore, here is where that shred of common sense I mentioned comes in: Tearing your dick is not only irreversible, and jelqing not only makes it more likely, over time it will become almost completely unavoidable.
