Well your question was loaded with insults and prejudice already. So why should anyone even bother answering to you?

I can't talk for everyone, since there are are many varieties of these bodysuits, some of which interest me very little, but anyway.
These are my reasons:

1) Getting a hot female body you can do with whatever you want with (explore, make poses in front of a mirror, masturbate, infiltrate women's changing room, hitting on hot lesbians, etc.)
I'm into TG in general (transformation, possession, body swap) for the same reason.

2) The feeling of putting on a suit like that and wearing it.
I imagine it feels like your body's constantly being hugged. This is also what I hear from latex fetish. It's probably connected for me, except that the latex also disguises.

I think these disguising bodysuits (at least the magical ones) have the advantage over the other TG types in that you can transform your appearance while you still are yourself underneath. I like the other TG types too, but they can sometimes give me the fear of "what if I'm stuck?" Though I understand some people are into that too.

That reminds me, there's a (arguably) 3rd reason I could name why I like bodysuits. But I've rarely seen it in fiction:

The thought of being able to run around looking exactly like a girl while having a raging boner under the bodysuit (but nobody can tell!) - that also turns me on.
The only times I can think of this being kinda mentioned though is a story by Red Janissary (don't remember the name) and an old story by Asagiri called ???? ("shining fingertip").
