I like beef. The problem is that it's a bit pricey where I live. Last summer I mainly ate beef burgers since I was working in a fast food joint and the chef made sandwiches for everyone a the time. I've come to love beef more than most other meets.

It's absolutely the best commonly available meat, though I think bison and venison are better but harder to find.

However it's not the best thing for you health wise and the beef industry is absolutely wrecking the environment here in the USA, so I try to make beef a small part of my diet. I'd encourage everyone to buy their beef local and grass fed if at all possible. Not only does it taste better, it's better for you and better for the environment. Of course it might cost you a bit more, but it's worth it imo.
