ok /cock/ recommend a lowly /co/mrade something to eat that doesnt have too many calories but doesnt taste like cardboard either

dietary fiber is decent for curbing hunger. that and its good for your gut to help move stuff along.
pretty sure its the same idea as the haitians who eat mud cakes. at least the hunger curbing effect.
