He's Nightwing. Ex-Agent of Spyral. Best-son of the Batman. The idea that he is being mind-controlled and has been for such a long amount of time without it being detected is ridiculous in any story. There'll be a twist where he knows exactly what he's doing. Either it's for Spyral or part of that original Deathstroke contract or some other agreement he made with Adeline or Jericho more recently or this has secretly been some alternate earth evil Dick Grayson since issue one. But not mind control.

Why is Roy getting so bent out of shape about Wally and Donna? He didn't make his move and he spent a good while fucking Starfire and not seeing how his good friend Dick felt about it.

Dick also has a solo book, so not like anything in Titans is going to have any lasting impact on him. Abnett doesn't really have control of his character, which is probably one of the reasons he writes him so bland.

If the pizza fish does cause brainwashing, all of the Titans might be brainwashed since that's what they ate in previous issues. A lot of people might be brainwashed since we've seen people eating the stuff and it being heavily advertised in the comic.

Could pizza fish be made from Starro? Starro looks like a starfish and has mind control abilities. But Starro was never a Titans villain and who would be crazy enough to make it into pizza?

Would Titan fans recommend this book to someone who has never read Teen Titans before? I've been really enjoying Abnett's Aqua Man but what puts me off is the return of Wally West which I understand has big emotional value to longtime readers, I just feel like I wouldn't enjoy the impact.
