You'd think there'd be a lot more shows like Space ghost out there. Just re apropriating old animation cels for a new thing. Especially now that anyone with a computer can do it.

Well thats basically what TFS does with Dragon Ball since the editor actually splices animation to be reused

Hanna-Barbera is the goldmine for these type of shows, which is why CN and Adult Swim did it the most. They came up with the comedy and perfected it.
Marvel Animation did try with the Amazing Spider-Man and Friends shorts.
