It's a surprisingly earnest slice-of-life comic with personalities that I could imagine talking to in an occult setting, while still being broad stereotypes that an occult practitioner can go "oh yeah, I know one of those". It also has a simple yet appealing thick-outline style as far as the anthro scene goes, plus a mouse that's cute as shit.

Her rant basically boils down to "that style of hat is a closed tradition nowadays, read a fucking book if you're into this wiccan scene and don't piecemeal an outfit from modern stereotypes you don't understand", which I don't disagree with. If she was ranting to somebody with a better head on their shoulders, they could argue that since any possible symbolism the hat may have had has been diluted and forgotten over the centuries, going off on one whenever someone does something tacky only serves to perpetuate the hate that the symbolism used to carry literal hundreds of years ago.
