Summer Showers was utter wank and, knowing LSP is voiced by Pen, felt p uncomfortable. It at least addressed that jake was a shit dad, but finn's face pretty much matched my own in terms of engagement.

Angel Face was okay, pretty standard BMO episode. Nice to see Me-Mow again though he felt kinda wasted to not have his own episode.

PPIM was garbage - why should I give a fuck about half a banana's manic pixie dream girl fish interspecies doomed romance? At least it had finn and jake in the episode and doing things.

Blank Eyed Girl was okay but the start was very slow, and the spookiness felt tamed down thanks to the inconsistent fear response by F&J. The ending's zig-zag of strangeness was good though.

I just like the idea of a sort of corruption of what was established early on. He's this sort of pure good Knight that has sworn to protect the just, and kind princess.

That wasn't interesting, but it got interesting when Finn slowly learns that pb isn't as good as he thinks. She's sorta fucked up honestly. After all it was her her clone successor that went evil with power, and Finns was the one who was naturally righteous.


But, Finn still accepts her. He's still her Knight. Even now that he's sort of fucked up with too, he still is there for her.

Bad Jubies was really good. It wasn't an adventure episode but it shows us how can a lightbeat episode work so well if there is passion and love in it.

It had good jokes (LSP actually felt funny this time around), great visuals and a good sense of chill. Really loved it.

It kind of makes me think that maybe the issue I have with the show isn't personal but comes from the fact the modern crew doesn't seem to know anymore how to write good episodes.
