People dont talk about it much because the plot took a standstill for a while. Episodic shows are fun but nothing to talk about.

They were Slackers for a while but there is some progression now but only with Rigby and Eileen.

That's how it is. Shows start, pick up momentum, peak, and then idle/slowly decrease. At least these kinds of shows anyway.

I love it when people look very, very superficially at this.

A woman he never had to woo and liked him unconditionally, a woman who had never left (yet), a woman who, just like everyone else in his life, goes very easy on him for shit he pulls, and like with Mordecai, only adds to his co-dependency.

Mordecai tries as well, but the universe is kind of making it hard for him, something even Margaret acknowledged.

I didn't know Bleedman drew Eileen.

Sadly, it reminds me too much of the way he draws Tootie from FOP.

plus Mordecai always says "I wouldn't want to ruin the surprise" to his past self for things that will never happen

Regular show might finally become so stale that they have nowhere to go but up.

For now, they seem perfectly content to ride out a formula that became bland more than 2 seasons ago.
