It's a french superhero parody. It's not edgy at all, although the gothic aesthetic can make it look like that. It's mostly young adults in a super hero school, goofing around and trying to make the grades while it slowly turns into more adventure/mystery type.
Found out about this in a /co/ secret santa thread storytime and loved it. When amazon stops being a bitch with literally everything I'm interested in being out of stock I was going to order the first couple of books
i stopped reading after the part the horn girl defeated the angel guy and the plot became too weird to keep up with.
why the hell does their teacher look like an undead pretty boy now?
>i stopped reading after the part the horn girl defeated the angel guy and the plot became too weird to keep up with.
Same. It went from fun adventures to trying too hard and was barely coherent.
I'd say so. Lots of fanservice, pop culture references, best wolf husbando and it's pretty damn well drawn.
Not at all. It varies between serious and completely silly with the regularity of a metronome, though. You can have a student trying to seduce her mutilated professor, with all the pathos and ethical problems, and a few pages later the group tries to create an army of golems with MRE biscuits because they're harder than steel.
Quite well written, and very well drawn. The pop references are a bit overwhelming from time to time and some dialogs and the flow on certain parts could be a bit more polished, but nothing too detrimental to the story.
>Lots of fanservice
That's france for ya.
Female nipples in teen comics and doesn't afraid of anything.
I wouldn't really say there was lots of fanservice, there was lots of nudity sure but it wasn't hogging the spotlight. Most of the time, it's group nudity in riots or whatever.
The main cast gets decently hot moments but they're the main cast after all.
Do you know if they will release the colored version or the black-and-white one ?
I like it a lot so normally I would oblige, but it's a pretty long run and is already available for online reading (which is quite unusual for a french comic)
More than enough to warrant a mention. This chapter alone should almost be enough. It ain't a bad thing.
>Sorry, it's licensed, and not available
We have a handful of french speakers on /co/, it shouldn't be too hard to find a couple of anons to translate it.
Heck, give me someone that can transform my broken english into an understandable language and put it into speech bubbles, and I'll give you tons of eurocomics.
Do you live in the states ? If yes, that's hilarious.
>still not translated in the US, but blocked anyways.
>not blocked for the french.
Anyways, is this one any better ?
>Should there really been more
no but I wanted there to be. Of course being an english reader I am behind but the only nudity I recall is one set up boobs in the group bath scene early on. The rest was statues and cheesecake.
There's another site beside mangafox that has scanslations, who have translated the newer issues, and yes, the art goes digital. You can already see the difference in detail and shading in this very thread... OP's image looks like shit compared to >>78295430
And before you ask, no, I don't remember what the other site was... my old computer is dead and I'm trying to find it again the hard way. Last time a kind anon shared the link in a thread.
Now that the dust has settled, can we all agree that Lynette is best girl?
I'd make that slut Changeling call me Hermione too.
every chance she gets. (pun not intended)
>you will never meet someone who is exactly 6% similar to chance on their birthday and hit them in the face with a lemon meringue pie that you stole from a bald man wearing a top hat
