Seriously? There are healthy-weight people out there that can't even get their chin over the bar once?
Or is it just a Rigby thing?
I've never in my life been able to do a single pull-up, and I was active on a swim team outside of school for a good number of years as a kid.

I'm "healthy weight" and I can't do a chin up or even a proper push up. And if I run for more than a few seconds I get out of breath and have to wait a long time before I feel okay to move again.

I'm fat and I outperform skinny people by merit of just working out more.
I just eat a shit ton too.
A healthy weight doesn't give you upper arm strength.

It's a Rigby thing, mostly.

I don't get that though. I can go months without doing anything at all strenuous on my arms and I can still do like 4-5 pull ups pretty easily.

I can't do pull ups. My hands are kinda weak. I can't lift with my back without problem though.
Are pull ups an American thing? I've never done one in my life and don't know anyone who has.

They're the sort of exercise that you probably won't be much good at unless you've trained to do them.
If you can't manage one yet, jump up and hold yourself in the finished position, then lower yourself as slowly as possible, keeping control the whole way.

Rigby thing
Rigby's strength is inconsistent.
He and Mordecai can punch dudes really hard in one episode, but then in others they are rather weak.

you can death-kwan-do an opponent.
you can't death-quan-do a pullup.

Rigby is a complete weakling.

Pull Ups are a good exercise routine m8

describe a typical day for you and everything you would do. Because what is "not strenuous at all" might be something a more sedimentary person would find to much. Its that lack of activity that makes people super unfit even if their natural metabolism would keep them thin. So its about matching rigby there.

BMI is not a strict indicator of health because it does not take muscle into account.
