The art style has not aged well at all. Though, that might partially be that every cheap flash animated show copied the look in the following decade since FOP started.

Danny Phantom did manage to evolve the look so that it wasn't completely unpleasant to look at.

Danny Phantom was an overrated piece of shit with an autistic, zero self-awareness fandom that constantly tries to benchmark itself next to Fairly OddParents when it didn't have a fraction of the cultural impact or a single memorable character that isn't fap fuel.

Also, the art styles are exactly the same, save for more fingers and the Fenton Thermos being another Hartman cylinder so I have to see it all the time.

I hate that it's true.
It actually used to be good. Even after Cosmo lost his suave voice.
As the years went on, they had to keep finding ways to raise the stakes, and the episodes got inceasingly poorly paced, and the jokes started trying way too hard.

It has a huge 90's vibe, which I love, lot's of pop culture references.

There is a reason Fallout 1 and 2 had lot's of them because gamer from the 80's and 90's made the game. People who only played Fallout 3 and 4 hate Fallout 1 and 2 for the pop culture.

I always thought that they did a good job with the running gags. The episode where Chester's mailbox kept getting fucked up and he runs of screaming "NOT AGAIN." was funny to me.

If anything I think Timmy having fairies has made him worse as the whole story goes. He started having no friends then two which became five, and he ignores them to do stuff with his fairies. There have been at least a couple dozen episodes where his parents want to do things with him and he acts like it's a chore. Really it's all kept him from developing a real character.
