As a love song I think Whole New World and Tale Old as Time are better. I think Hunchback has the most powerful soundtrack of all the Disney movies. There are so many reasons that movie wouldn't be made today but Im so glad at the time Disney realized that kids can understand a more serious and complex story then animation tends to present now.

The movie resloves itself about as happy and hopeful as that story possibly could. Personally I think its a lot better then the book. I have no interest in reading the book though because any story that is that depressing of an ending is of no interest to me.
