I have never liked Storm. Not once, in the entire history of the character. I think she is the single worst member of the X-Men ever conceived and she drags down every book she's in to an immeasurable degree. The closest I ever got to liking her was Marvel Adventures, and that got canned before she could do anything beyond be inoffensive and kind of cute with Thor.

Can someone shill her to me? Is there something I'm just not getting about her? Because she strikes me as the worst possible mix of boring and in-your-face. Actually, now that I think about it, a lot of what you said is wrong. The cowl/pauldrons thing and the head cables aren't typically part of him - he usually doesn't wear a cape, and the cables are usually connecting his arm and back. As well, his skin is gray, not blue. I would say Isaac's Apocalypse physically resembles Archangel a lot more than Apocalypse.
