Before I read this comic I only knew Andre the Giant from the Princess Bride movie, since I wasn't into wrestling at all. It's a really nice little story.

One of my favorites is his stay in japan, where the toilets were too small for his use so he had to shit in the bath tub. He'd lay down newspaper and leave it for the cleaning ladies.

He ordered them huge bouquets of roses to try and make up for it.

Speaking of wrestling, I'm currently watching the Ultimate Warrior: Always Believe documentary. I've not got much experience with Warrior, but this is interesting so far.

I enjoyed his WrestleMania VI match with Hulk Hogan, which was the first match I'd seen of his. It really stuck with me especially for the way it ended, with Hogan coming back to the ring and congratulating Warrior on his victory. That sort of good sportsmanship was something I hadn't seen in any of the matches I'd seen up to that point, most of them just ended with the victor talking smack as the loser slunk away, and I'm a sucker for that sort of thing.

I'm not sure of this particular chronology of that story, but Roddy Piper told a similar story about a couple of guys getting flipped after throwing rocks at Andre after he came out of a bar with him. I'm trying to find the video, but I can't seem to find it now, despite having only just watched it a couple of weeks ago before flying up to Alaska.

I was, however, able to find an abridged version posted by someone who was actually at the interview:

>Piper and Andre are getting drunk at a hotel bar.
>A few American football players are also there getting drunk.
>They keep picking on Andre and Roddy trying to get a rise out of them.
>Roddy wants to fight, but Andre keeps getting him to calm down, and is very relaxed about it.
>Later they are in the hotel car park and the now drunk football players continue to pester them.
>Football players are in there car beeping at them.
>Andre grabs car bonnet and flips the car over with the football players still inside. Walks off.
>Police question the drunken football players about what happened. They say a giant flipped over there car.
>Police of course don't believe them so drunk football players are then arrested.
