Other than Red Son, you have Injustice, Kingdom Come (kind of).

And the whole "IRREDEEMABLE" series has a Superman guy becoming evil (but not really a dictator).

Although it starts as a tragic story like the one you'd want and ends up like a weird Adult Swim show, sexy aliens and gay robots.
