No, it would. Those "Previously on LLTR" bits at the start were going since the first episode and could be used for nods and small gags based on past eps.
Also it's not hard to keep continuity, it's just that people are against writing it for some reason. And even when it happens there's usually a refresher anyways, so there's no reason not to.

I haven't seen it yet. Did this mini-series live up to Over the Garden Wall?

Even though its run was short, I'm a little sad LLtR is already over. Sure, it was never going to be another OtGW with some deep, profound plot, but I don't see why the execs couldn't give it ten episodes. I feel like the creator has proven in these four that the concept can work (and much better than we saw in the pilot).

If CN is considering making this a full series, I would welcome that. But I hope they aren't making that decision based solely on the response to this short run. They barely promoted it.

It really sounded like damn, my roomie and I both watched it live and thought the same, it had to be dumb or darn though.

The Royals was great, I really want a full series. The medieval citypunk aesthetic is awesome and the humor is on-point.

Honestly thought the show was gonna be something like MTV or E! the cartoon.
It exceeded expectations.

I seriously loved those bits. Especially with this last episode and how we saw how the "concert" went down. If this comes back, those have serious potential.

Just ran through this whole series (didn't take long obviously)

Seriously more entertaining than I thought it would be, had me laugh out loud a few times. But damn that last episode felt rushed.

I ended up enjoying the series too. I don't know if I'm sold on a full series that's the length of something like Regular Show or Adventure Time, but I'd like to see it come back with more episodes next time.

I love it when everyone thinks something is going to bomb hard but turns out being pretty good.

I'm looking forward to hearing about whether or not this will continue. It was much better than I expected and gave me some genuine laughs.
