Had to look this up when somebody suggested her in a previous thread, looks like it's a Swedish animation special.

Haven't been able to research it more, but since there was some criticism about Toothfairy being known for Christmas is like Michael Jordan being known for Baseball, and this character was the only suggesting brought up at the time.

Thanks. I'll admit Toothiana was kind of a "Struggling to think of choices within my imposed rules" cheat anyways. It's not as solid a choice as Mother Goose/Katherine from that same franchise was. At least she's closely tied to Santa's origins in that series
