Marathons being shit in general aside, I liked the timing of this particular one. They fit the whole first arc of Parasyte into a single night which not only was nice to rewatch but it also probably snared new viewers. I actually had several friends over to watch the marathon and they loved it.

Johnny Quest, PPG, Samurai Jack.. they all used to air on old Toonami. Toonami has always been an action cartoon block, not just action anime.
