The games themselves aren't that good at representing martial arts most of the times, the comics do no better on that front.
Daredevil has a lot of martial arts in its plots, so do a lot of Wolverine solo stories.

The most disappointing thing about the MKX book for me has been how short the fight scenes always are like it's constantly in a hurry to get to the "hey, you remember this fatality from the game, right? right?!" money shot, and the art is...well, it's a weekly digital book, take a guess.
