Season 3 is pretty decent because of Ray, Rhas and the introduction of meta humans. Arrow Rhas makes Liam Neeson look like total shit. Season 4 is better than 3 mostly because Constantine, Dahrk and the introduction of magic. Also Arrow is now Green Arrow and is acting more like the jokey Ollie we know from the comics probably because of Felicity's pussy. The set up for Legends is actually strengthening Arrow abit.

Just watch the show if you like Green Arrow.
