It started off doing a lot of things people didn't like, like killing all the Blues, turning Carol back into a cunt, and the reservoir stuff, although now it looks like they're going back on the reservoir at least

and personally I am not that enamored that up until the Renegade stuff he's spent a big chunk of his run showing what an embarrassingly bad leader Hal is with almost no actual victories under his belt, driving away all his friendships/relationships, ruining his life on earth, etc. basically just a nonstop chain of misery for like 30 issues straight with no end in sight

I think it's been a better read since Godhead or so but I'm still rarely that excited to pick up an issue. although now I'm really interested in seeing what Parallax is up to at least
