I'm not feeling the hype, unfortunately.

This is the second time the hiatus was supposedly ending, and I wouldn't be surprised if it lasted a bit longer. I'll be glad to be proven wrong, but Michelle doesn't have the best time management skills. Rather than getting more comic from the kickstarter, we got less.

Not hype at all, because I need to see it happen first. I just don't believe it.

I just love their closeness, the sheer amount they know about each other, their interaction, and the amount of co-dependence they develop. And I love the way they start to work together as a team, albeit reluctantly, their increasingly shared goals. The attempts at compromise, fumbling towards being allies.

I feel like they are the most fascinating and complex relationship in the comic.

I also feel I would be crucified if I ever started drawing art of them or anything. The fandom is...scary.

I would be a little hype if she could guarantee to continue without any more hiatuses for while. On 4chan we really take our anonymity as a given, but in a lot of the rest of the internet, Tumblr especially, persistent Identity, even as far as your real life, can be seen as important.
