Choose one, and only one. For the rest of your life. Regardless of the past, present or future
People seem to forget that CN was in Nick's place half a decade ago and that Nickelodeon has only just recently bottomed out.
Nickelodeon will get better in about the same amount of time and I predict Disney XD will hit it's inevitable massive slump around the same time.
Is this a serious question?
CN, hands down.
Last time I checked CN wasn't filled to the fucking brim with tween sitcoms.
Plus CN has adult swim and I'll take that over 20 year old episodes of Fresh Prince and Full House any day.
My cable provider actually made me make this choice and I chose Cartoon Network.
>People seem to forget that CN was in Nick's place half a decade ago and that Nickelodeon has only just recently bottomed out.
Half a decade ago Nick is in the exact same place it is now only with The Last Airbender.
That's just one good show.
>Half a decade ago Nick is in the exact same place it is now only with The Last Airbender.
>Half a decade ago
>What is The Mighty B!
>What is TUFF Puppy
>What is El Tigre
Stay salty, anon.
>the mighty B!
Oh man, I thought I was the only one that enjoyed that show.
I hate the shit out of both.
mostly for CN though, the shit they put out is annoying at times whereas with modern Nick I know I won't even have to bother watching a show to find out it's shit (moreso when its fucking live action garbage) but whenever some pretty decent show rears its head, it's always a nice surprise.
I hope Nick overcomes these dark times soon for their own sake.
>He says on the Comic and Cartoon board
>The same board with multiple generals and talkback threads
don't know, I remember watching a lot of cartoon network when I was a child but never seen the Nick shows like rugrats and such, so either I didn't have the channel or my parents never put it on
Also, I'm not from america, maybe that can explain something?
>What is The Mighty B!
>What is TUFF Puppy
>What is El Tigre
Why would I be salty, I'm not the one subjecting myself to shit.
That's what I said. Did you not read the OP? Nickelodeon outweighs Cartoon Network by a landslide, and I grew up watching CN more than I did Nick. I'm not saying CN is worse than Nick, they both had great and amazing shows.
But Nick has MORE better shows.
I'm sweet as several buttons. The only salt here is the taste of my spunk in your mouth.
>Did you not read the OP?
Not who you were responding to but the OP didn't say anything specific. Like there's nothing there about you getting the entire library of the network. Most people in this thread seem to take it as "What network you will watch as it is on cable currently and then forever afterwards". Like if someone fixed your cable box right now to do either one or the other.
So you're saying "had" but that's not gelling with people because those shows are over twenty years ago and you wouldn't get them with Nick if you chose that network now.
>outweighs Cartoon Network by a landslide
I'm pretty sure that gap has closed quite a while ago anyway.
>my cum tastes like salt
how would you know, shitposter-kun?
>YOUR NEW FAVORITE SHOW CHANNEL
>DAN THE NIGHT RIDER SCHNEIDER CHANNEL
CN. Nickelodeon has one of the dumbest names in the major TV networks second only to ABC Freeform. Who thought of that name? Who said "we need a name kids can't spell and can barely say."
making fun of the show your show itself based off only serves as a crutch for shitty humor and poor justification for annoying characters (both of which are omnipresent in TTG). So I'd respectfully disagree with the 'based' notion.
CN clone wars 2hype
>Chuck Jones Show
>Space Ghost Coast 2 Coast
>Rick and Morty
nigga we could do this all day. They're both good.
Stop replying, dude.
We're he's hitting dangerous amounts of damage control.
Cute concept, cute show
Never watched it. I learned to stay away from Hartman twice, no need to learn it a third time.
Was this even aired that much? It felt like one of those shows that networks use as filler but never gave a shit about like My Dad the Rockstar, Almost Naked Animals or Scaredy Squirrel
>OP says to choose only one network that you have to watch for the rest of your life
>most of those shows haven't been on Nick in a decade, some two decades
It's not "Which is the better network"
>We're he's hitting dangerous amounts of damage control
nice assuming I'm the same guy
where the fuck do you even see 'd-damage control' in any of my posts you literal autist
also nobody gives two shits about your opinions
Powerpuff Girls was based, but CN never had a Hey Arnold!.
I'd rather have a bit of good programming surrounded by super Heros making shitty fart jokes for 11 minutes because modern spongebob, shows that are literally fart jokes, and Dan "get in the van" Schiedner aren't worth it for just Harvey beaks.
there's something strangely satisfying about a retard pretending to be retarded out of desperation for being called out as the hypocritical sack of shit he is, indirectly insulting people to save face, and resorting to posting the same /v/ meme time and over again in a poor attempt at damage controlling.
Especially when you just know he's probably hyperventilating the fuck out in front of his screen.
Nothing on Nick since the 90's can compete with prime Toonami, except maybe ATLA. Yu-Yu Hakusho, Tenchi Muyo, G Gundam, Dragonball Z, Dragonball, Justice League and Justice League Unlimited, then there's Dexter's Lab and the Adult Swim lineup. No comparison.
Only prime Fox Kids was better.
how did you make it past your childhood having missed most out on most quality shows in favor of Hanna barbera reruns?
I can only stand 4 of those shows and one of them has aged horribly since the 90s.
>past Nick was epic
>present Nick is Spongebob-choked wasteland
>Past CN was epic
>present CN is mediocre at best
I can't even decide.
CN wasn't always a basic channel, though. I remember watching it at my grandparents' place but we didn't have it at home when I was a kid. It used to be like Disney and some of those channels and was roped off in the more expensive packages.
idk. Nicks garbage phase started a long time ago, and they still haven't shown any signs of life yet. Yes Cartoon Network was in there place some time ago, but it didn't last nearly as long as Nicks. CNs dark times started after Nicks and revived itself much much sooner
>Nick is Tumblr
I hate Nick, but could you please explain this? I've never saw anything from Nick that would lead me to call it Tumblr or tumblr related. I've never watched any of the live action shows, but I am aware of them and I don't think they equate to Tumblr either.
Teeny bopper Girl Power =/= Tumblr
Sorry I just never really watched much nick outside of hey arnold and mama Sugar keeps me fed with the waifus.
