Hey /co/, it's Vong time!
We're taking a look at every post-ROTJ SW comic of importance (hence why I'm skipping Crimson Empire for instance)
It's not as bad as the books but it's not that great either. Plus
You know, that thing you use to smoke weed.
Yeah, it inevitably would've gotten dumber. This is by the same guy that did Injustice by the way.
Aliens that Use Biotech and are warlike assholes exiled from their galaxy. They arrive just in the nick of time to give the Star Wars EU the Big Dumb Event it needs to sell books.
I'm just left wondering how he would've blown everything up.
please tell me you can download it somewhere..
No images during a storytime please. I got them from LibGen.
Which was a really, really stupid death in the first place. A moon? Really? R.A. Salvatore is a fucktard high fantasy novelist who should've stuck to his shitty dwarves and left Star Wars alone. The whole New Jedi Order era was shitty from beginning to end. So happy Disney wiped this shitstain off Star Wars, even though the Thrawn Triology was god tier and should be kept.
Isn't this whole story arc supposed to play upon Palpatine's idea that the Vong were going to return to the galaxy? All this to justify why he had to establish an empire that would be of equal or greater strength to combat the Vong.
I don't even remember how they won in the end.
All I know is they somehow destroyed the mother ship.
Han's kids killed the High Priest.
And then Luke Murdered every elite warrior and noble and the Emperor.
Thanks for storytiming this. It's kind of interesting but I can't believe people wanted to keep this stuff as official canon (like, have Disney eventually adapting this shit for the screen with an 80 year old Harrison Ford).
So wait, are you defending the concept? I really hate them and I've read the first couple books and this series. They're, um, dumb as fuck. Derivative, OP'd, tonally at odds with the SW universe...what is there to like?
